Vinci: agreement reached for share buybacks
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci has announced that on 2 January it signed a share purchase agreement with an investment service provider, as part of the implementation of its share buyback program.
Under the terms of this agreement, the investment services provider will sell to the construction and concessions group, by 27 March, a certain amount of shares, representing up to 200 million euros.
The average price per share shall be determined on the basis of the market prices seen throughout the duration of the agreement, with a guaranteed discount, and shall not exceed the price set by the combined shareholder meeting.
