Vinci: ASF makes successful EUR700m bond placement
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci has announced the successful placement by ASF (Autoroutes du Sud de la France) of a bond issue of 700 million euros, maturing in June 2028, with a coupon of 1.
375% per year.
The operation was oversubscribed almost twice, confirming investors' confidence in the company's credit quality, which is rated A- by Standard & Poor's, with a positive outlook, and A3 by Moody's with a stable outlook the group said.
This issue is intended to refinance ASF's existing debt.
