Vinci: acquisition in Spain.
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci Energies, a subsidiary of Vinci dedicated to energy services and information and communication technologies (ICT), has signed an agreement with GPF Capital Investment Fund to acquire the company Acuntia, we learned after trading on Wednesday.
This agreement covers the acquisition of 85% of the capital, with the remaining 15% remaining the property of the company's current directors.
As a major player in Spain in the field of ICT, Acuntia provides services to companies, telecom operators and public bodies which deploy sustainable solutions that are adapted to their activity. This group employs 340 people and last year generated turnover of 90 million euros and does most of its business in Spain. However, it is also developing its offers in several countries in N. & S. America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
