Ingenico: Chairman and CEO leaves - role split
(CercleFinance.com) - Ingenico announces a change in its governance, with the departure of its Chairman and CEO Philippe Lazare and the dissociation of the functions of chairman of the board of directors and CEO, roles which are entrusted to Bernard Bourigeaud and Nicolas Huss respectively.
As an independent board member since 29 April 2016, Bernard Bourigeaud is the founder of Atos which he led for 17 years. Previously, he presided Deloitte in France, having had a major international career.
Nicolas Huss joined the payment Solutions Group in July 2017 and was appointed as chief operating officer in July last year. He has also been co-opted for the remainder of Philippe Lazare's current term of office.
