Capgemini: completes acquisition of RXP Services
(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini has announced that it has completed the acquisition of RXP Services in Australia, after receiving approval from the required majority of its shareholders and the Australian Federal Court.
Based in Melbourne, with sites in Sydney, Canberra and Hobart, RXP Services strengthens Capgemini's presence in the region for the delivery of end-to-end and large-scale digital solutions, while enhancing its partnerships with Microsoft, ServiceNow and Salesforce.
In addition, RXP's creative agency, "The Works", by joining Capgemini Invent, "will open a new chapter for Capgemini in Australia to enable the design and end-to-end deployment of creative and differentiating digital experiences".
