Capgemini: Oddo raises target price
(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF has reiterated its "outperform" rating on Capgemini, having increased its corresponding target price from 152 euros to 170 euros, believing that, over the health crisis it has demonstrated a capacity for resilience that has not been recognised.
According to the broker, the IT services group seems to be emerging from the crisis with a stronger outlook for growth and profitability. This is what management is expected to present at the CMD on 31 March, analysts say.
This, coupled with a stronger-than-expected recovery momentum (the broker raises its EPS estimates), offers upside over the consensus and should result in a continued rerating, they add.
