Capgemini: BlackRock increases stake above 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 24 June it raised its stake in Capgemini to above the thresholds of 5% of its capital and voting rights, and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 5.
04% of the group's capital and voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the purchase of Capgemini shares on the market and the receipt of Capgemini shares held as collateral.
