Capgemini: share buyback agreement with ISP
(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini announces the conclusion of a share buyback agreement with an investment services provider (ISP) for a maximum of 150 million euros, as part of the multi-year program authorised at the general shareholder meeting of 23 May 2018.
The price to be paid shall not exceed the arithmetical average of the weighted average daily prices by volume of the share, over a period beginning on 8 January and ending no later than 13 February 2019, before application of a contractual discount.
