Saint-Gobain: equips a cross-border tramway.
(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain has announced that it has equipped the new Alstom tramway that connects Strasbourg (France) to the city of Kehl (Germany) with its windows.
Saint-Gobain has provided very large windows for windows and doors for the twelve 45-metre trams.
The group has also manufactured large (4.6 m2) heated windshields with complex shapes and laminated side panels that defrost and defog in winter, thus providing the driver with excellent all-weather panoramic visibility.
