Unibail-Rodamco: Invest Securities upgrades stock
(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities has upgraded its rating on the Unibail-Rodamco stock from "neutral" to "buy," maintaining its target price at 206 euros, underlining that the commercial real estate group's share is trading at an attractive price, despite some uncertainties.
Oddo's analyst said that Unibail-Rodamco has unveiled sound results for its historical assets in Europe and the breakfast meeting with management last Friday suggests that the group's US assets will perform better in 2019.
The broker also points out that the fall in the share price has made it much more attractive. Even in the absence of medium-term guidance, the analyst is confident that the group will increase its dividend yield (6.6% for 2019, followed by 7.0% in 2020).
