Veolia: sells hot and cold assets in the US
(CercleFinance.com) - Last night, Veolia announced the finalisation of the sale of its hot and cold network assets in the US for 1.
25 billion dollars, to Antin Infrastructure Partners.
"This is a portfolio of production centres, including cogeneration, steam generation, cold and electricity and 13 networks serving 10 US cities. An infrastructure investment fund, Antin Infrastructure Partners has invested more than 7 billion dollars in 24 companies in its 12 years of existence.
In particular, since 2018, Antin Infrastructure Partners has owned Idex, which operates close to 40 hot and cold networks in France, Veolia added.
