Veolia: BlackRock cuts stake

, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 13 March 2019 it cut its stake in Veolia Environnement's capital to below the threshold of 5% and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 28,194,497 Veolia Environnement shares, representing as many voting rights, i.e. 4.98% of the group's capital and 4.71% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from an OTC sale of Veolia Environnement shares, along with a restitution of Veolia Environnement shares held as collateral.
