Schneider Electric: BlackRock stake falls below 5% of VR
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 18 September its stake in Schneider Electric fell below the threshold of 5% of its voting rights (VR), and that for the said clients and funds, it now holds 5.
22% of the group's capital and 4.99% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been crossed due to both OTC sales and market sales of Veolia shares, along with a restitution of shares held as collateral.
