Klépierre: store closures in several European countries
(CercleFinance.com) - Klépierre announces the closure, for a few weeks, of all shops, other than essential ones, in several European countries including France, Italy, Spain and Germany, as well as restrictive measures on their opening in other countries.
The real estate group has already launched a drastic savings plan in the running costs of its centres, and is working to reduce its non-essential investments as well as its general costs excluding staffing costs.
In spite od this challenging environment and the current difficulty in estimating the impact on Klépierre's fullyear earnings, the Group "reaffirms it has a solid balance sheet and sufficient committed revolving credit facilities to cover its liquidity needs."
