Dassault Aviation: clarifies Rafale contract with India
(CercleFinance.com) - While the contract signed in 2016 with India for the supply of 36 Rafale aircraft has been at the heart of media attention for several days now, today Dassault Aviation was keen to point out that official bodies, including the French anti-corruption agency, have not reported any infringement under this contract.
Dassault Aviation says it has acted in strict compliance with the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention and national laws and recalls that since the early 2000s it implemented strict internal procedures for the prevention of bribery and corruption to guarantee the integrity, ethics and reputation of the company in its industrial and commercial relations.
The company further states that this contract, as well as the corresponding offset contract, meet the criteria established by these regulations and are executed in full transparency between the different partners, both of the state and industrial.
