Dassault Aviation: 26 Rafales delivered in 2019
(CercleFinance.com) - Dassault Aviation reports having delivered 26 new Rafales and 40 new Falcons in 2019, compared to 12 and 41 respectively in 2018.
While Rafale deliveries were in line with the number forecast, Falcon deliveries fell short of its expectation of 45 deliveries, which the company explains by a difficult market.
Last year, 40 new Falcons were ordered, against 42 in 2018. As of 31 December 2019, the group's order backlog included 75 Rafales (47 for export and 28 for France) and 53 Falcons, against 101 Rafale (73 for export and 28 for France) and 53 Falcons the previous year.
