Seb: E500m bond placement
(CercleFinance.com) - Seb announces that it has successfully placed a bond loan of 500 million euros on Tuesday.
Maturing in five years (on 16 June 2025) and bearing interest at 1.375%, the bonds will be tradable on Euronext Paris on 16 June.
"The very strong orderbook reached more than E1,600m, attesting once again to investors' confidence in Groupe SEB's strategy and outlook," the household electrical appliance maker said.
This new issue will strengthen its debt architecture through continuing to guarantee the refinancing of part of its debt, extending its average maturity, while providing attractive funding terms.
