Seb: 45% increase in 2017 earnings

(CercleFinance.com) - Seb has reported 2017 earnings that are up 45% at 375 million euros, with an Operating Result from Activity (ORfA) that is up 30.
8% at 661 million (678 million, excluding one-off impacts of WMF).

The household electrical appliance manufacturer's revenues reached 6,485 million euros, up almost 30%, including an organic growth of 9.2%, a currency effect of -2% and an impact stemming from the integration of WMF.

For 2017, Seb will propose a dividend that is up 16.3% at two euros per share. It targets new organic sales growth for 2018, an improvement in its ORfA and an adjusted net debt/EBITDA of under two at the end of 2018.
