Essilor: BlackRock reduces stake to under 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, US asset manager BlackRock has announced having reduced its stake to below the 5% threshold in Essilor International's capital on 16 May 2018.
For the said clients and funds, it now holds, 10,943,778 shares, or 4.99% of the group's capital and 4.64% of its voting rights.
The breaking of this threshold has resulted from the sale of Essilor International shares on the market and the redemption of shares held as collateral.
