Peugeot: Q3 sales inch up 1%
(CercleFinance.com) - The Peugeot share is down slightly in early trading today, after the group announced Q3 2019 sales that are up 1% at 15,579 million euros, including flat automobile sales (+0.

(+4.4%).
The car maker sold 674,000 cars in the world over the period, "continuing to prioritize profitability and to prepare efficiently the 2020 regulatory deadlines". Total inventory at the end of September 2019 stood at 574,000 vehicles.
In 2019, the group expects a 1% decrease in the automotive market in Europe, 5% in Latin America, 7% in China and 2% in Russia. It has set a target for an average recurring operating margin of above 4.5% for the automotive division over 2019-2021.
