Kering: appoints president for Kering Greater China
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning Kering has announced the appointment of Jinqing Cai as president of Kering Greater China, “in order to adapt to the fast-changing business environment in this market, which has been continuously growing in importance for the luxury industry since Gucci opened its first store in China in 1997.

From Shanghai, she will report to Kering's deputy CEO, Jean-François Palus. Ms. Cai has, in recent years, held senior positions at Christie's China.
She will take office on 10 September.
