Thales: completes E500m bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Yesterday, Thales completed a 500 million euro fixed-rate bond issue maturing in March 2026 with a coupon of 0%.
In particular, this issue is intended to partially replace the syndicated credit line of 2 billion euros concluded last April, as well as refinance the two bond issues maturing in 2021 ahead of schedule.
It will strengthen the Group's liquidity by maintaining its financial flexibility, extending the maturity of its financing, it said.
