Thales: contract with RWM for rocket systems
(CercleFinance.com) - Thales has announced signing a contract with Rheinmetall Waffe Munition GmbH (RWM) to develop, qualify and produce 70 mm rocket systems (2.

This 70 mm rocket systems developed by Thales are currently installed on board the Tiger UHT helicopter (anti-tank version), and are in the process of being certified on Airbus H145M Helicopters, it said.
Under the terms of this contract, Rheinmetall Waffe Munition GmbH will lead the team in charge of German clients. Both groups together offer complementary capacities - particularly in the framework of the Tiger MK3 program.
