Thales: BlackRock raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Yesterday, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers published a notice that on 11 January, BlackRock increased its stake in Thales' capital to above the threshold of 5%.
On this date, and after the purchase of shares on the market and the receipt of shares held as collateral, on behalf of its customers and funds managed, the US asset management giant held 5.07% of Thales' capital and 3.51% of its voting rights.
