Thales: BlackRock raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 28 December it raised its stake in Thales' capital above the threshold of 5% of its capital and that it now holds 5.
04% of the group's capital and 3.50% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the purchase of Thales share on the market, along with a receipt of shares held as collateral.
