Michelin: in talks for acquisition of Camso in Québec
(CercleFinance.com) - Michelin today announces that it is in exclusive talks with the main shareholders of the Québec-based Camso Group, for the acquisition of all its outstanding shares.
The Camso Group is a major player in the off-the-road market for certain types of tyres and tracks for the handling, construction, agriculture and recreational product sectors. It has over 7,500 employees who work in 26 different countries.
“According to the outcome of the discussions, a detailed communication will be made in due time,” Michelin said.
