Sodexo: BlackRock cuts stake
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 13 November it reduced its stake in Sodexo's capital to below the threshold of 5% of the group's capital and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 4.
99% of the group's capital and 3.44% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been crossed due to a sale of Sodexo shares on the market.
