Sodexo: acquisition in crèches in France
(CercleFinance.com) - Sodexo has announced the acquisition of the company “Crèches de France” by its subsidiary, Crèche Attitude, as part of its ambitious development strategy which aims to strengthen its positioning as a key player in the private crèche sector.
The acquisition of Crèches de France, created and developed by Philippe Austruy, reinforces Crèche Attitude's geographical coverage - particularly in Paris and in the south of France.
"The integration of the 97 crèches from Crèches de France rounds out our network, growing from 160 to 257 sites, while preserving the level of quality care we provide for children and their families," said Marc Jouannic, Managing Director, Crèche Attitude.
