Wendel: NAV per share down 4.3% in 2020
(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel has announced net asset value (NAV) at 31 December 2020 of just over 7.
11 billion euros, or 159.1 euros per share, up 14.8% since 30 June last year and down only 4.3% for FY 2020.
The investment group posted a net loss, group share, of 264.1 million euros over the past year, with consolidated revenues of 7.46 billion euros, down by 8% as reported and down 5.8% in organic terms.
An ordinary dividend of 2.90 euros per share, up 3.6% relative to 2019, will be proposed to its AGM on 29 June, for FY 2020, representing a yield of 3.0%.
