Wendel: Q3 revenues down 9.6% to E1,148.3m
(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel's Q3 2020 revenues reached 1,148.
3 million euros, down 9.6% y-o-y. The organic decline was limited to 4.4%, compared to the 15.6% decline in Q2.
The group said that these results were driven by the excellent performance of Certification (+7.0%), Marine & Offshore (+1.9%) and Buildings & Infrastructure (+0.6%).
Restated NAV as at 30 September 2020 reached 6,493 million euros or 145.3 euros per share, up 4.9% from end-June and down 12.6% since the beginning of the year.
Consolidated revenue for the first 9 months of 2020 reached 5,477.6 million euros, down 9.1%.
