Wendel: 13.1% increase in NAV per share over Q1

(CercleFinance.com) - At 31 March 2019 Wendel's reported NAV came to 7,715 million euros, or 166.
7 euros per share, up 13.1% from 31 December 2018, and consolidated Q1 revenue of 2,053.3 million euros, up 4.1% (+1.2% in organic terms).

In terms of investments made since the beginning of the year, Wendel announces 413 million euros that have been invested or committed (including 88 million allocated to Bureau Veritas via the stock dividend), as well as disposals of 641 million euros.

The group says that it launched a share buyback agreement amounting to 200 million as from 17 April and specifies that an ordinary dividend of 2.80 euros per share, up 5.7%, will be proposed at its AGM today.
