Wendel: Acquisition of USSA by Allied Universal
(CercleFinance.com) - Allied Universal announces the acquisition of US Security Associates (USSA) for approximately 1.

USSA is one of the main providers of security and associated services in the United States, with more than 50,000 security professionals working for several thousand clients.
In 2017, USSA generated pro forma revenues of 1.5 billion dollars and pro forma adjusted EBITDA of approximately 95 million dollars.
The transaction should be finalised in the second quarter of 2018, subject to receiving the habitual regulatory authorisation.
“The combination is expected to generate approximately $55 million in annual synergies over the next 24 months. Allied Universal will employ approximately 200,000 security professionals and generate combined pro forma revenues of $7 billion” says the group.
