Wendel: NAV around 166 euros per share.

(CercleFinance.com) - As a holding company from the Wendel family, in recent months the Wendel group has been marked by the rise of its unlisted holdings, in which it now holds majority stakes.


At the end of August, the group's NAV per share stood at 165.8 euros per share, up 13.7% y-o-y. However, the group's boss for nearly nine years now, Frédéric Lemoine, will leave his duties at the end of December.

From an accounting viewpoint, consolidated H1 sales reached 4.2 billion euros, up 10% increase as reported, or up 0.6% on an organic basis. On a like-for-like basis, Bureau Veritas and Constantia Flexibles reported around 1% sales growth, when that of the shareholdings in Oranje-Nassau Développement fell sharply (-14.1%), mainly due to Mecatherm.
