Faurecia: BlackRock cuts stake to under 5% again
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, BlackRock has informed the AMF on 7 September it reduced its stake in Faurecia to below the threshold of 5% of the group's capital and that it now holds, on behalf of the said clients and funds, 6,712,315 Faurecia shares, i.
e. the same number of voting rights, or 4.86% of the group's capital and 3.30% of its voting rights.
The breaking of these thresholds results from the OTC sale of Faurecia shares and a reduction in the number of Faurecia sales held as collateral.
