Faurecia: new E250m bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Faurecia announces its intention to make another bond issue amounting to 250 million euros.
This issue is similar to senior notes bearing 3.1255% and maturing in 2026, as issued on 27 March 2019, for a nominal amount of 500 million euros.
Faurecia will use the net proceeds of this additional issue to finance the acquisition of 50% of the shares of its joint venture with Continental Automotive, SAS Autosystemtechnik GmbH and Co.KG for a total of 225 million euros (excluding cash), the group said.
