Faurecia: finalises acquisition of Hug Engineering
(CercleFinance.com) - Faurecia has announced closing the acquisition of 100% of the Swiss company Hug Engineering.
This company is one of the leaders in the market of complete systems for purification of exhaust gases for very high power engines (over 750 c.). They are used for marine propulsion, power generation, rail, agriculture and other industrial sectors.
Hug Engineering offers its clients the design, production, installation and after-sales service of complete systems, including dosing and control systems, diesel particle filters, a selective CO2 catalytic reduction and catalytic oxidation.
Hug Engineering currently generates revenues of nearly 50 million euros and employs 230 people in five countries.
