Faurecia: makes successful bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Faurecia has announced a successful 700-million-euro bond issue maturing in 2025 at a rate of 2.
625%, which will enable it to improve its financial structure by extending the maturity of its resources over the long term, while reducing its funding cost.
The automotive component supplier will use the proceeds from the issue, as well as its free cash, to repay all of the 700 million euros of 3.125% senior bonds maturing in June 2022, plus accrued interest.
The group will submit an application to list the bonds issued on the Irish Stock Exchange (Global Exchange Market). The bonds' issue and settlement date is scheduled for 8 March 2018.
