Faurecia: creates joint venture with Dongfeng.
(CercleFinance.com) - Faurecia has announced having signed a joint-venture agreement on its Clean Mobility business with Dongfeng Motor Parts & Components Group.
"The new joint venture will provide mobility solutions for passenger cars and utility vehicles of brands affiliated to Dongfeng" the group said.
Based in Xiangyang, the joint venture will start operations in 2018. The joint venture's annual turnover is expected to reach 1.2 billion RMB (155 million euros) by 2021.
