(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo, together with Trocadero Capital Partners and Bpifrance, have announced a recent investment in Eowin, to continue and accelerate the development of this document management services company in the industry.
With 650 employees in France spread over ten sites, Eowin supports companies with their content, from design to writing, including process automation, filing and archiving.
Eurazeo and its partners' investment enables Hivest Capital Partners to exit Eowin's capital, while helping the company to continue to grow in its core businesses in the nuclear, aerospace, telecom and service sectors.
