Eurazeo: confirms investment in Questel
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo Capital confirms that, alongside IK Investment Partners, RAISE Investissement and the management team, it will invest in Questel, a major technology player in the global intellectual property management market.
Eurazeo and IK - which has held a stake in Questel since 2018 - will each invest an initial sum of nearly 200 million dollars and will jointly hold the majority of the capital. The final terms of the deal will be communicated at closing.
Questel is a publisher of SaaS software and a platform of automated services dedicated to patents and trademarks. It supports nearly 6,000 clients, including major international groups, and has 900 employees in 30 countries worldwide.
