Eurazeo: signs agreements for EasyVista
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo announces the definitive signature, by the EasyVista Holding vehicle, of agreements relating to the acquisition of a controlling interest in EasyVista's capital (approximately 67.
2% of the capital and 71.5% of its voting rights), at a price of 70 euros per share.
The Austrian merger control authority authorised the transaction on 15 September and the acquisition of the block is expected to be completed in the next few days.
Subsequent to this acquisition, EasyVista Holding, acting in concert with the founders, its historic shareholders and certain financial co-investors, will file a mandatory simplified public offer.
