Eurazeo: acquires 3C Payment
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo Capital announces the acquisition of 3C Payment by Planet.
3C Payment has a universal and omni-channel payment platform for the retail, hotel and restaurant industries. 3C is present in 47 countries, serves 11,000 customers and processes 300 million transactions per year worth 22 billion euros.
The group said that this unique platform will handle over 800 million transactions per year worth 45 billion euros for almost 600,000 merchants.
It added that thanks to the acquisition of 3C, Planet significantly increases the share of its business linked to the payment activity and is very well placed ahead to benefit from the recovery in business that is taking shape in its main markets.
