Eurazeo: E80.3 NAV per share at end-2019
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo group's Assets Under Management (AUM) increased by 16% to 18.

The asset management business accelerated its development in 2019, with AUM for third parties increasing by 20% to 12.5 billion euros. In 2019, the group raised 2.43 billion euros in new capital from partner investors, over 50% higher than in 2018 (1.59 billion euros).
NAV per share amounted to 80.3 euros at the end of 2019, up 10.5%, including the distribution of the 2019 dividend, compared to end-2018 (+8.9% excluding the dividend). The value creation of the portfolio held in its balance sheet reached 800 million euros, up 14.5%.
In 2019 companies in the portfolio recorded growth in economic turnover at a constant Eurazeo scope of +8.8% to 6,064 million euros. Economic EBITDA at a constant Eurazeo scope increased by 8.4% over the year to 946 million euros.
Consolidated net profit was 132.9 million euros in 2019, from 208.7 million euros in 2018. Consolidated net income, group share reached 122.9 million euros (compared to 272.8 million euros in 2018).
