Eurazeo: in talks with ADM for sale of Neovia
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo, Idia, Future French Champions and Unigrains, shareholders of Neovia, alongside InVivo (majority shareholder), today announce their entry into exclusive talks with ADM (Archer Daniels Midland), for the sale of Neovia's entire capital.
This sale would be based on an enterprise value of 1,535 million euros.
Founded in France in 1954, Neovia specialises in animal nutrition. Over the last three years, backed by Eurazeo, its historical shareholder InVivo and its management team, Neovia has undergone profound transformation and accelerated its internationalisation and expansion on higher value added businesses. Over the period the company has made over 15 international acquisitions, Eurazeo stated.
The deal is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2018.
