Eurazeo: Chemoxy acquired by Novacap.
(CercleFinance.com) - Novacap has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire of the company Chemoxy International, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals and environmentally-friendly solvents.
Chemoxy currently employs 150 people and reported 2016 turnover of 42 million pounds.
Chemoxy is present in many markets, including pharmacy, personal care, aromas and fragrances, human food and animal nutrition, the environment, surface coatings and additives for lubricants.
