LVMH: legal action against Tiffany in January 2021
(CercleFinance.com) - LVMH has announced the decision of the Delaware Court, which ruled in favour of a trial to start in January 2021, and not in November 2020, as Tiffany has requested.
LVMH says that it is fully confident in its ability to dismiss Tiffany's charges and to convince the Court that the conditions for completing this acquisition are no longer met.
In this respect, LVMH states that in the coming months it will demonstrate to US court that Tiffany's mismanagement during the Covid-19 crisis constitutes a Material Adverse Effect.
