LVMH: postpones AGM to the end of June
(CercleFinance.com) - Given the circumstances created by the coronavirus pandemic, LVMH has announced that its board of directors, which met on Wednesday, has decided to postpone its AGM, which was initially scheduled for 16 April, until 30 June this year.
The luxury goods group added that it will make a statement at a later date to inform shareholders about the meeting's arrangements, along with details regarding its dividend payment.
