LVMH: opens new Celine workshop in Italy
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening LVMH reported the opening, by his Celine brand, of a new workshop in Tuscany.
Called "La Manufacture," this site employs 150 people who make bags and small leather goods.
Celine thereby strengthens its presence in Italy and will continue to create new jobs at La Manufacture, which, by 2021, is expected to double its workforce, the French luxury giant said, pointing out that Celine has another site in Strada in Chianti.
