Natixis: Laurent Mignon appointed chair of BPCE
(CercleFinance.com) - Natixis has announced the appointment of its current CEO, Laurent Mignon, as the new Chairman of the Board of its parent company BPCE group from 1 June, succeeding François Pérol.
The group explained that this appointment is part of the continuity and strengthening of links between BPCE and Natixis, whose strategic vision has marked the development of the 'New Dimension' plan, which was unveiled on 20 November 2017.
