BPCE: sells Banque des Mascareignes
(CercleFinance.com) - BPCE Group has announced signing an agreement for the sale of 100% of the capital of Banque des Mascareignes group to Banque Central Populaire group and Sipromad group.
The agreement covers the sale by BPCE International of the Bank Mascareignes, which is based in Mauritius, and its subsidiary in Madagascar (Banque des Mascareignes Madagascar), to the Moroccan cooperative group Banque Central Populaire and its partner the Madagascan group Sipromad.
This sale is expected to be completed by the end of the first half of 2018.
